Tumblelog brought to you by an ordinary queer, nerdy, UU, museum-employed, tree hugger.

I miss Baltimore already even though I haven’t left yet.  I feel like every place I’ve frequented—and there are many—has a palimcest of memories related only to my unique individual experience.  I don’t believe anywhere else will ever feel like my hometown—something that Baltimore wasn’t even when I moved back here almost 10 years ago after college.  I didn’t know the city then—only a small section of suburbia confined to a few neighborhoods.  Life moves on, and I’m glad for change; I’m also leaving bits of my heart behind.
